Pastor John was born and raised in Indianapolis Indiana and has lived in Southern Indiana for 20 + years. He is appointed as a part-time Pastor to Jacobs Chapel and works full-time at the University of Louisville Hospital. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Evansville and a Master of Divinity from the Methodist Theological School in Ohio. Pastor John has served five churches in his career and is currently serving his second appointment here at Jacobs Chapel. As a ‘Life Loyal Sinfonian’ member of the national professional music fraternity Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia he expresses his passion for music and the role it plays in the life of worship by sharing his voice in song regularly in the leading of hymns and special music on Sunday mornings.
